Contact our support team via our official help desk to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your hardware.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent transit damage; all original accessories and components must be included.

Shipping and Logistics

Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the system's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
